Many groups are surprised to see the rigorous scorecard we use to measure each organization's ongoing success with the model. Below are 10 of the 33 standards on the full scorecard.

Point of Entry Events:
____	Monthly Point of Entry Events with at least 10 guests per month in attendance
____	25% of Point of Entry guests are referring others
Money Raised from Individuals:
____	In year one, 20% of Ask Event attendees attended a Point of Entry prior to the Ask Event ("ripened fruit"); in year two and beyond, 40% of Ask Event attendees attended a Point of Entry prior to the Ask Event.
____	At least 40% of Ask Event guests make a gift or pledge on the day of the event
____	10–15% of Ask Event attendees join the Multiple-Year Giving Society each year (at one of your three levels)
____	Challenge or Leadership Gift greater than or equal to the top multiple-year giving level at Ask Event
____	100% board giving and at least 25% of board join Multiple-Year Giving Society
Cultivation:
____	At least two in-person or phone cultivation contacts with each Multiple-Year Donor each year
Team:
____	A sustainable tracking system used by everyone in the process to track all donor contacts
____	All new staff and board leadership trained in the model as they come on board
